30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging.
Sale or special promotional items may not be eligible for return.
Return Process:
Step 1: Email your return request to [email protected] with your order information, reason for request, and relevant photos (if applicable).
Step 2: We will respond to your request and provide detailed instructions for you to return the item.
Step 3: Package the item carefully and return it according to the instructions provided.
Please note the following:
If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item delivered, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we have received the returned items and confirmed that they comply with the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
You will be notified when your money is refunded.
Refunds
Once your return request and product inspection are confirmed, we will process your refund as follows:
Refund Time: The refund process will be processed within 30 business days from the date we confirm the product is eligible for return. The exact time it takes for a refund will depend on the original payment method you used for your purchase.
Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., the card has expired or the account has been closed), we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative refund method.
Refund Notification: Once the refund is complete, we will send you an email confirming the details of the refund transaction. Please review the information in the email and contact us if you have any questions or problems with the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as it can take some time before you receive your refund.
Next, contact your bank as it can sometimes take some processing time before a refund is sent out.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Return requests are accepted within 24 hours only.
